Charges Levied of Service not requested and not availed

9987034945 is my personal number and was added in the Johnson & Johnson's (J&J) CUG since its activation in May this year. I did not notice it earlier that in my Bills there was Black Berry (Enterprise) charge included. Please be informed that I never opted for Black Berry Activation on this number, when I contacted Customer care in august they informed that probably J&J may have included this number for Black Berry activation. I was further directed by customer care to pay my bill and that the charges would be reversed in subsequent bills. But this never happned.

I have now checked with my people at J&J and they inform that this number is not in their records. Thus, I request you to please look into this and have the charges for Black Berry (Enterprise) reversed. Thanks.

I am agreeable to pay whatever is due to me after the charges for Blackberry activation are reversed. But this needs to be done first.

My Phone has been deactivated since 1st November and even the incoming is barred. I am facing inconvenience for no fault of mine.
