Non receipt of user manual and different sl no in the machine and invoice

I purchased the euroclean wet and dry machine on 3rd november. Inspite of my several repeated phone calls to the office the user guide is not received. Moreover the serial no is mentioned different one which is available on the machine. This also informed to the sales person. But till date no action and also no second time demonstration.

The price is marked as mrp.9690/-. The mrp is maximum retail price. They demanded the price. This also not correct.
