Electrolux/ 480 ltr frigde
No cooling in the lower part of the double door fridge it has been 3 yrs now that i have been complaing regulary

I have a 489 ltr fridge which has been having problems for last three years. The problem is that the ice compartment has excessive cooling that ice freezes in that area and the lower part has no cooling it stays dead with foul smell. First your people told me to switch off the fan for 7-10 days then start the fridge till last yr this used to work but now this also doesnt work.
