I have a prepaid connection and subscribed to airtel mobile office gprs pack by recharging for 98rs.. I got mobile office the settings from customer care 12118 three time by downloading as well as manually. I even got the settings done by customer care guys itself. But my balance is being deducted while browsing and the customer care is telling that my internet is going through airtellive even though im using mobileoffice settings.. I dont even have airtellive settings but even then its going through it.. I have registered a complaint regarding this but got no response.. I request the problem to be rectified or refund the 98rs... Or I will have to port out my number.. And register a complaint with consumer court... 09844429256
