I want to draw your kind attention through the medium of this e-mail that i had purchased a electrolux refrigerator five years ago from Rajasthan Electronics, Kalkagari Chowk, Ambedkar Road, Ghaziabad. I was satisfied with the performance of the referigerator. But since last one year, I have been facing a major problem that there is excessive chilling in the deep freezer leading to excessive formation of ice and no cooling has been observed in the lower half where all the food products and vegetables are stored. Inspite of repeated complaints and frequent visits of your engineers from the Ghaziabad service centre on Ambedkar Road, the problem has not been resolved yet, though a temporary respite was provided each time. So i request you to look after the matter and provide some immediate solution as summers are approaching.
