Installation not done. Service sooo poo

I called elica for installation of hob before i entered my new home. But no one has come from there and on last day i called some one other than elica company who has installed my hob. Since than i am frustrated from this hob as every time for any service or complaint i need to call the dealer or customer care but no one has come . than i got paid service in a span of one yr only.
