SUB; SUPPLY OF DEFECTIVE ITEM AND NEED AN REPLACEMENT

I ordered an "Digital Touch 1GB Touch Screen Mp3/Mp4 Player Expandable Memory" player for Rs. 2070 in rediff shopping and I received my Order No: 5438192 from Ojjas Enterprizes, Unit No 63, New Satgurunanak Inustrial Estate, Western Express Highway, Opp Jai Coach, Goregaon (E), Mumbai - 400063, Maharashtra, India, as defective on behalf of rediff shopping.

I was trying to contact them in Phone Nos: 022-26854024, 26854086 also in email id [email protected]

But the phone numbers no body is lifting up and mails also no reply yet. Minimum 100 calls have been unattended.

I am reproducing below the contents of my mail, which I sent to the vendor

Yesterday [01/07] I received the "Digital Touch 1GB Touch Screen Mp3/Mp4 Player Expandable Memory" player.

But I have not received any Users Manual for use and help guidance.

Kindly also let me know its memory can be expandable up to 4GB, if then I also want Mini SD Card slot for this player. Kindly let me know the cost of the same and from where I can purchase or whether it is available with you.

Also let me know about the charging of battery means how many hours it requires to get charged? Once the charging over what signal it gives means how we will find out whether it charged fully or not? What is the provision given for finding out the full charge?

How many days the battery power stands? If it damaged/spoiled from where I will get the new battery? Because I think battery is not in good condition now only, as it is not giving effect of storage of power.

FROM THE DAY I PURCHASED [10 DAYS BACK] THAT DAY ON WARDS IT IS NOT AT ALL WORKING PROPERLY, IT IS GIVING SERIOUS PROBLEMS AND IT IS NOT COMING ANY USE TO ME. NOW IT IS COMPLETELY WENT DEAD POSITION MEANS IT IS NOT SWITCHING ON ONLY, AFTER THE CHARGING OF 2 HOURS AS PER THEIR GUIDANCE.

NOW I AM COMING TO THE POINT ONE BY ONE, THE PROBLEMS WHICH I AM FACING AT PRESENT WITH THIS MP3.

1] I have not received any Users manual [for help and guidance.] also no accessories, packed in some other box.

2] MP3 songs I was trying to upload from computer but it is not accepting, how to load the MP3 songs and in which format it will accept, that also no guidance. MP4 songs also all it is not accepting.

3] 1st, 2-3 days after charging it was working for some minutes but now the main problem is after charging also it is not switching on means it is now not in working condition.

The phone numbers of vendors which they gave me, both landline and mobile is not working nor lifting-up. Kindly give me the correct phone numbers to enable me contact them as this set is now completely went deadly condition as well as rediff shopping

I hereby humbly request you to kindly take action against them to refund the money or change this set and provide me with the new set of well working condition.

KINDLY LOOK IN TO THE MATTER SYMBATHETICALLY AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM AT THE EARLIEST.
