Charged twice for same product via debit card

Hi,

I had gone to Emall Ahmedabad with my friend Ravi who bought memory chip worth 490/ He paid the bill by debit card transaction. Later after couple of days he realised that this bill was charged twice and double amount debited from his account. When he brought the same to the notice of Emall, they didn't took this matter seriously. This is not proper as you can not charge twice to the consumer for the same product.
