Not working due to not valid IMIE no

Sir i was recently purchased a - phone from u r reputed company COD order No 111373549 (sub order no 1677936) order approval date is 12/11

in advt u say that it is having valid IMIE No. but now my cell was not working due to not valid IMIE no.(even when i go to take valid IMIE nuumber after paying the charges, then also it is not avalaible, hence my costly handset is become zero value.

hence it is requested to replace the valid IMIE cell or refund my amount, or i will file a vcase at counsumer court for cheating, and claim the losses occured due to cell switched off.

requested to do the needful at the earliest or ready to face the case at consumer court as well as criminal case for cheating.
