There is a rim tower at PHULPARAS, (Distt-Madhubani, State-Bihar).it's first location was shifted as the land felt under the construction zone of NH-57.sSince then (app.2 yrs) the customers falling under the jurisdiction of this tower r not getting network. They r bound to work with Ghoghardiha (8 km away) tower. The employee of RIM never bother to look the grievances of customers. They almost remain disappeaer and never want to disclose their phone nos etc. It's hard even to locate them n complain. The most deplorable state is that the DG of the tower is running, staff working, expenses going on and people r wandering 4 net work. If u locate an employee n ask him bout the prob they use to say this is not his work, but he will neve disclose the name of concerned persons.people r facing a lot.may I hope the redressal of this complain?
