I had taken reviva model ro from amritsar on 09/10, at the time to sales i was promised all the part are under amc and you wont have to pay any money under warranty now when i complained for RO not working properly your service person (PRAVEEN) is saying membrane is faulty and we will charge you Rs 2300 for it, which is completely unfair and fraud, after writing number of mail and making many calls now person has come to change membrane and he has installed faulty membrane which is not working properly.
