I have taken one Nano RO water purifier and since 3rd July I am facing an issue with the purifier. I raised a Service Request # 67285966 with the Customer Care department on 3rd July. The service man said that there is a problem with the Membrane of the filter. I had been told that faulty membrane will be replaced within 2 days but till date that has not been replaced. I have been following it up with the Customer Care Executives every day and I am being told the same thing every time that “this case is already escalated and will be resolved today”.
I remember I had a talk with Hari Krishnan twice and Pratap once and few other lady executives too on this case. They all promised that it will be resolved on the same day I had called. I am pretty much disappointed by the false promises kept by the Customer Care Executives.
Why is it that no action been taken for my case? Till date I have to buy water from outside. The purifier has a warranty of 12 months on the Membrane and is still under warranty but it is not replaced by the Service team. I am frustrated to call everyday to get this resolved. Can this matter be escalated immediately?
