I am one of your old customers. I regularly renew annual contracts and it is due to expire only during Nov. I returned back from Australia after 3 months vacation. Australia in the southern hemisphere is cold and when I landed in Chennai on the 7th Aug and the climate was very hot as usual. Next day ie., 8th August I requested for service to my Aqua Guard which was not working and the red light did not change to any other colour which means the unit requires attention and service. So to meet my immediate and urgent demand of drinking water I sought my neighbours help and it is now 12th August ie., even after 5 days no service engineer cared to visit me. My complaint Number is 0059053139 dt 08/08 and my customer id is1000611911.Everyday ceremoniously I used to remind the Customer Care and service centre. Incidentally the service centre is virtually at my very next door physically. I am unable to understand why the guys are not responding to attend a customer. I am a Retired Senior Citizen. Eureka Forbes care over phone to customers are looking sweet and caring but result is nothing. I am planning to cancel my annual contract and go for some service minded any other brand. Or I will ask my children to send a Brita Unit from their countries where I do not need Eureka Forbes any more. May the the company is in the outsourcing method by which no one cares for anyone. I am using Aqua Guard ever since it came to market in Tamilnadu and of late the service is highly deteriorating. Until now at 4.15 pm today no one has come. I am highly displeased with this company of late.
