Dear sir, I am having an one year service contract with the above mentioned franchisee of eureka forbes for maintainance of my aqua guard water filter. But one month back the back panel of the filter broke down making the filter unusable. Inspite of my repeated requests for almost a month they have not repaired it till date. I also called the Eureka forbes helpline number, but they also gave false assurances without any action. Please consider my complaint and do the needful. Thank you.
