No responsibility after sales

There is a sales guy name ghanshyam who sold the aquaguard compact piece to me and waited for 3days still no response for fitting the equipment. I have been repeatedely calling him, but no response. the plumbing work seems to be subcontracted to the guy name Suman whose number will never be reachable and even if I manage to call, he will not lift the call.

Please help me out if somebody are reading.
