I wish to lodge a formal complaint against the franchise named "Aakanksha Care" of Eureka Forbes Ltd.
We have NANO RO water purifier that was purchased from Big Bazaar less than 6 months ago. Suddenly it stopped functioning.
On contacting the customer helpline number displayed on the appliance, there was a response that since this is a quarterly closing, service can not be provided. Upon repeated requests and human ground pleading, a number of a area service engineer was given to us.
On contacting the said personnel, the response was that someone will come by the evening. However, when no on e turned up by the late evening, the same person was contacted again. This time and on at least 25 subsequent times, he did not receive the call.
This is really a horrible experience and something must be done in order to restore the good will of this company.
