I had bought the above mentioned RO system from Aquaguard which is a product of Eureka Forbes. From the first day onwards the customer support provided by the company has been pathetic and is an indicator to the companies ethos. Their field agents are no good than novice plumbers equally pathetic and living upto the companies name. On the first instance after the system was installed no one turned up till the next 48 hrs to make the system functional, despite of innumerous calls to the customer care. Thereafter one day out of the blue a so called agent turns up for the so called regular inspection after 5 months and diagnoses a requirement for a filter change. Thereafter after a few months another agent turns up and after a check up leaves, without even fitting the plastic pipes inside the machine properly. As a result the machine has been leaking continously. On calling on his mobile no which is 09313706056 (Rohit Sharma) he says that he is extremely sorry & would fix it. However he does'nt turn up and switches off his mobile. It is really disgusting and annoying.
