Eureka Forbes is NOT the Company one can trust anymore. The number of complaints speak of how disgustingly unprofessional it has become. We have just purchased an expensive water purifier through a sales pitch from one of their sales and service people who promised prompt and speedy delivery and fitting. They made many phone calls to seal the sale, then followed promptly to deliver a product that looked tampered with, and immediately collected the cash payment with a promise that it would be fitted within half hour. No one arrived well after two/three hours and then none of the 4/5 people who so eagerly sold the product were reachable.
after endless calls to various helplines they claimed it would be fitted the following day!
The audacity of them to try and pass the buck and then refuse to do even the first and foremost service of fitting something they sold!!!
Why is the company not being sued for such gross inefficiency? I have insisted they return my payment immediately and take their product back... and there is no response. one call to the helpline was answered and they said the job would be done tomorrow... but I AM NOT INTERESTED ANYMORE!!!
I wish to also add that the consumer forum should do something seriously about this total lack of professional decency from an old name such as theirs so that other consumers dont waste their time, money and effort on such lousy companies who seem to have lost all their ethics.
