Delay in providing replacement in water filter parts despite complain and 10 times follow ups

Respected Sir,

My name is Rashmi Ranjan and I am a 29yrs old male residing with my wife and 2 younger brothers in Janakpuri, New Delhi. My Residential address is C4F/47, 2nd Floor, Janakpuri, New Delhi-110058.

Due to the pain and suffering, I would like to lodge a complain against the Eureka Forbes for it's high negligence in providing proper customer care and satisfaction despite repeated follow ups.

I have got 18 litres Double Storage Capacity (XTRA)-Aquasure water purifier from Better Deals Electronics Pvt. Ltd. B-3, B-1 Block Community Centre, Janakpuri, New Delhi-58 5months back. This water purifer needs to get it's particulate filter and sediment filter changed after 3months approximately. Due to company tours and other assignments I got delayed in getting it timely maintained. When I visited the store on 21st january for the parts the sales guys handed me brochures with the number of the customer care of Eureka Forbes to lodge the complain so that they can come to my residence and change it within 24hrs. I called on the customer care number 39883333 on 2nd rece1st jan and gave the entire details to them and received the Complain Number :- 84227181 from them with this reassurance that service will be provided within 24hrs of the complain. On 4th day i.e 25th jan I called the cutomer care again to follow up on the delay in providing promised service. On the same day some executive called me and said that since he is far away from Janakpuri he cannot come to me on 25th jan but will come on 26th jan at 1.00p.m sharp which took me by surprise. No one turned on 26th jan and on 27th again i called in customer care followed by the shop Best Deals regarding the delay in the service requested.they finally transferred me to the person who called me on 25th evening who promised me to come 27th evening itself. The agent came on 27th evening as promised this time but with the parts not appropiate for my appliances. It was really frustating.he said he will come the next day with the appropiate parts for the water purifer. On 28th there was no one who turned up to take care of the replacement request. Again i called in the shop Best Deals and they transferred my call to the same guy who visited on 27th evening who said samelessly that he doesn't have the required parts with them and so will take 3-4 days more which I am sure will still remain unheard.

Sir, In the meantime I have brought around Rs.- worth of purified water bottle from the shops to keep the health and hygenie of the 4 people in the family including me.

Sir, I can't sustain any further as the water expenses are really high and the company has deaf ears to our problem.

Our last hope lies with you for getting proper justice from your end so that we as customer don't get duped time and again by these corporate companies.
