I had got my Eureka Forbes Aquaflo services early in the month of December. The Service Engineer replaced Carbon and Filter. He recommended us to buy the Contract for one year at cost of Rs. 1200 Approx, which included the following:
1) Twice replacement of Filter
2) Replacedment of carbon every six months.
3) Service whenever raised.
After the first filter and carbon replaced itself we faced very slow water flow problem.
1) We raised a complaint # 211209423 on 21st December 09, we were promised a Engineer either monday or Tuesday. No one came no calls.
2) We again called on Wednesday 23rd December 09, again they promsied an engineer on wednesday or thursday. No one came.
3) We again called on thursday 24th December 09, again same promise and no one came or called.
4) We called on friday 25th december 09, And asked to talk to a manager.
We were provided a number of the manager which was a wrong telephone no.
And till date no one has come.
This is the worst service any company can provide.
Before we bought the contract the servie engineer came immediately the next day.
But now after buying the contract we are not getting any service.
We wuld like to get the refund of the contract and also like to get the refund of the Product Eureka Forbes Aquaflo as it makes no sense using a product of a compnay who provides no service and I am not getting any water now.
