Worst After Sales Service

Dear All,

Dont buy Eureka Forbes products. Their after sales service is worst. I am having problems with iNOVA water purifier. The product is under AMC. The service engineer visited and reported that there is problem in PCB. He told me he is not able to get it from service dept so he asked to call the office for the PCB. 5 days are over and nothing has happened despite of repeated phone calls.

They are always eager to either sell the product or sign an AMC. When it comes to service they are pathetic.
