Product Aqua Guard Total not functioning satisfactorily since installation itself

We had booked an Aqua Guard Total & Vacuum Cleaner through the Door to Door Rep. of Aqua Guard trusting the name of the company. On Booking the unit itself, the entire payment was made. (November). It is highly unfortunate that till date the Aqua Guard unit is not functioning properly. In spite of making more than 100 calls, all we get is a complaint number & an sms confirmation of the same. As a last resort, we now approach the consumer forum
