Very Bad After Sale Service

I had purchased Aqua Guard (Sensa Model) two months back in Patna. Two days after its installation there was a problem of overflowing. I lodged a complaint in local service centre which was attended after a week after three reminders. The next day another problem started. Water in the tank was not being stored and the machine had stopped working. Again I lodged a complaint and similarly after two or three reminders the mechanic came and did the needful. But very next day there was again a problem of overflowing and still it is continuing. I feel that I have done a great mistake by purchasing Eureka Forbes product.

I had the worst experience in my life that such a big name giving such a poor service.

I suggest every reader "NEVER PURCHASE EUREKA FORBES products."
