Non Attendance of Complaint even after 72 hrs

I recently got registered for AMC service provided for Aquaguard water purifier. The circuit plate was broken by the mechanic while opening the water filter and as a result the aquagauard is not working. I followed up with the agency but to no respite. Everytime they say the circuit plate is out of stock. It's more than two weeks now. I logged a complaint with helpline dated 14 Sep 2010 with complaint number 83551821. The person who received the complaint assured me that within 24 hrs this would be addressed. It has been 3 days since i logged the complaint but no call or information provided to me. This is a sheer harrassment of customers. Firstly the money is charged and then customer is left at the mercy of God.
