I have an aquaguard i nova which is under amc till apr i had registered a complaint with eurohelpline on 39883333 on 28 apr for routine service and candle change covered under amc contract. the helpline was reminded daily till 05 may but no one came and when u ask about some senior, they cut phone, finally after 8 days complaint was attended&--very poor service and consumer has no recourse but waste time with telecallers who have no clue, no e mail of higher ups is also given
