I have purchase Eureka Forbes Aquaguard water purifier "Total Enhance RO" machine in the month of April. I have paid machine charges by cheque to company & my cheque is also clear from bank on 09/04. Now till date I have not received original purchase bill from company. At the time of purchase of Water Purifier company executive told that you will received original bill by courier from head office within 8-10 days. But now its more than 2 months & still I have not received my bill & also I have contacted Nasik office for more than 10 times but still no valuable response from them. Now its really been a mentally harassment for me to get my own bill. Need your urgent help to solve the case.
