I have purchased the Eureka Forbes Designa water purifier on 15th August.

It stopped working on 20th september. First complaint was logged on 22nd september.

First person for service from them came after 15 days of complaint. Then he said board is not working and need to replace the board and then he broke the button. Then the next person came and after that its still pending with them. They have made the correction direct but without any on/off button and after many complaints also no body is coming to rectify the problem. Hence i decided to complaint in this. Kindly look into the problem and forward the same.
