Eureka forbes total sensa
Invoice and service details not received

I have bought Total Sensa eureka forbes product in last week of october.

I have yet not received my invoice and free service details as on 30th november.

Mr Rohit Arora was account manager. I have registered my complain with complain number 1362 at least 3 times but there is no solution to the problem.

even i spoke to Ms Sweta but there is no resolution of the problem.
