The model is EUROCLEAN ACE CLASSIC ELECTRONIC VC-1111904209031164 and the unit is not functioning since last 10 days. I have requested the service personnel/sales office, Bhubaneswar several times but nobody is attending the complaint. They are promising but not attending. My machine has been hired by a bank to clean their note-sorting machine, which requires cleaning frequently everyday. Now the bank is threatening to discontinue my contract. Please help me to sort out the problem. Thanking you.
