Instrument not working for the past thirty days for want of accesseries and mechanic

I am using Aquaguard water purifier-Royale model. I have made service contract No.16640314 valid from 2.10.2009 to 1.10.2010 on payment of Rs.1050/- The instrument is not working since 15th January. The authorised service mechanic said uv lamp has to come from Trichy and went away. He returned with uv lamp four days back and found the push switch need to be repaired. Till date no mechanic has turned up in spite of remider phone calls.
