I have already launched a complain against this company through this website on the first week of Dec... but still those people do not have minimum amount of courtesy to listen customer carefully.
This is really a pathetic condition. Even the people who are seating at kolkata office they dont want to talk with customers, I have mailed them 4 times and called more than 5 times, but always they replyed " ok we will see, what can I do for you".
Now this is last reminders from my side and after that I have to take legal step.
