Product Delivary Delay

I have purchase a LED-3D 40inch Samsung TV from Ezone Koromangala on 15/10 and 100% payment made on same day. They have supply the product after 10 days but they have not supply free gift with Tv i.e Blue Ray Player, Title CD & 3D Glass till date (12/11) I have daily contract them but they not responding.

I have suggested to all of India please dont purchase from EZone store. They are not relaiable, always delay the product. Please do something for me for get the balance product from Ezone.
