Hi,

I purchased an LCD from ezone on 15-Aug and was promised by the sales man (Kazi) that the tv will be installed at my home by 18-Aug.

Later when i called him up at ezone, he said, he had registered with sony on 15-Aug itself. Then when i called up sony, i was told that ezone registered with them only on 17-Aug.

Now sony is saying its not there problem and nobody has came for registration till 19-Aug today morning at 12:40 PM.

This is a very bad service experience from ezone and Sony itself.

Please look into this and take necessary action if possible, so as to improve service and at least ezone should not do false promises.
