I HAVE PURCHASED KENT UV WATER PURIFIER FROM E-ZONE THROUGH ONLINE. BUT, THE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED IN DAMAGED CONDITION. I HAVE CONTACTED E-ZONE AND THEY ASK ME TO CONTACT KENT CUSTOMER CARE. WHEN, I CONTACTED KENT, THEY ASK ME TO CONTACT E-ZONE. NOW, BOTH ARE NOT REPLACING THE PRODUCT AND POINTING OUT OTHERS. WHAT I HAVE TO DO? PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK OR REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED PRODUCT SENT BY E-ZONE.
