I had bought a Faber chimney and a cook top on 20.04.2011 and got it delievered to my house on 24.04.2011. Got it installed on 26.04.2011 and found that cook top is not functioing properly.
Registered a call on 27th April and got no solution to my complaint after daliy (3) reminders.
If this is the kind of service they provide in starting, what about 1 year later.
I want to replace the products.
