It is now almost 3 weeks since I placed a complaint about the inbuilt Microwave oven by Faber not functioning. An engineer came in after a couple of days, but was confused, and unaware that there was an inbuilt microwave made by Faber. He ran away, ashamed, saying he would check with his supervisor and return with information. 3 weeks hence, no sign of engineer or supervisor. Perhaps the supervisor is too dumb to respond, or he doesn't know how to operate a phone, to call and inform on status. No clue. Like the clueless engineer.

People, do NOT buy products from Faber. Terrible service. Never will recommend. Had logged on and sent them a complaint, online, but no response. Like their supervisor and service centre.

Horrible tacky incompetent. Faber appliances.
