Hi,

I bought a Faber Chimney - Mars Energy 1200 m3/hr from the Faber Distributors in Kolkata (Lokenath Systems, Bapuji Nagar, Kolkata - 700092) and the same was delivered on 13th May. The installation was done on 15th May and after the installation during the demo, the switches were not working properly (the person who installed the system, pressed the 2 button and it went inside), subsequently the other buttons were also not working.

I raised this immediately but the person who installed/the distributor. I also called up the Faber area manager Mr. Amit, who promised to get it fixed but it has been two days and almost 20 phone calls and it is yet to be fixed. Needless to say "NONE" of the switches work now and I am left with a BRAND NEW chimney which does not work.

I requested the distributor to replace the defective item but that also fell in deaf ears. They (the distributor and the area manager) keep on insisting that the issue will be resolved but no one turns up to get the same fixed. End result: stuffy kitchen with minimal air circulation.
