I faced a recent issue with Faber Service Centre last week when a technician came to clean the Faber electric hob (chulha) in my house. He pointed out that two spare parts were missing from the hob and should be taken by the technician who came previously to service the hob. The parts were the ones required for the electric circuit - a generator and a switch - and these cost about Rs. 1000/-

I called up the service center Manager, Mr. Martin (9844843302), right away and informed that his previous technician who had come a few months ago had stolen the hob parts. I didn't have the bill as that service was done about 6 months ago. I urged him to look for the record in their system by using my name, number and location. The manager very casually said that if there is no bill it is difficult to find the guy because it will take too much of their time and effort to look up their records and get the technician's name!!

Nothing has been done by the company to resolve this issue. I DO NOT trust them anymore and find them highly highly UNPROFESSIONAL for not taking responsibility for the loss caused to me as a customer!!

I am furious at this manager and want him to realize what an a*****e he is being by casually ignoring the issue!
