Deactivate hello tunes immediately

I want to deactivate hello tunes now. I activated hello tunes when i was in india. I moved to US before 4 months . but still they are detecting money rs. 30/- every month even though i dont get hello tunes. I'm not able to deactivate my hello tunes now. my mobile no. 9790966860
