Handset is not detecting headset

Hi i am nilesh panchal i purchased fly B430

from unique collection at thane on 10-03 but the handset is giving problem now that its not detects the headset. i hav visited customer service center also the suggested me that keep handset for one week, it needs to repaire we hav to open the handset but i not agree to this solution. since i hav purchased this just 20 days before i dont want opt for this. help me
