I had purchased as FLY B470 on 19.09.2011.By 11.11.2011 it was recognized that the track pad of the phone was not working properly.

The instrument was presented to the authorized service centre [World Ace] VN Info Services on 16.11.2011 wherein it was communicated that the instrument would be repaired and returned in a weeks time. Post that in regular follow ups we were told by the representatives of the servce centre that the company is not able ot provide the hardware for replacement and hence need few more days for repairing.

This was stretched till 09.12.2011. Today when again asked the representative [Mr. Siddharth Rai] very rudely replied that still it would take more time may be upto week. in case we cannot wait we can take the mobile and get it repaired elsewhere. Even when talked to Mr. Chirag Parmar [Representative of World Ace] on his cell Phone we were asked that the company has given franchise for service in India and the process is around one month so things have not yet streamlined and hence the parts are not available so they need more time.

Despite of comapny authorized showroom we have been treated in the worst possible manner and the servieces are so pathetic that ever in life we would not accpet any product pertaining to this company.

Seek your help in getting my phone back repaired because if I get it repaired elsewhere then they would void the warranty stating the reason that mobile has been opened outside the service centre.
