Gprs setting and second sim not working

Same problem with my mobile also my second sim software has been corrupted 5-6 times within a year i have to go again and again to the service center, and if i want the wap settings for my mobile the network people says that they don't have gprs settings for such mobile . so i kindly request u to look after this matter n give me possible solution
