I am kaushal kishor jha, i am taking a idea prepaid lifetime connection (0-9708773007) on 26.12.2008. i am requesting idea customer care - to activiate my GPRS setting, after customer care advise i m sending sms & again & agian call back, after not activised my GPRS setting, i am contacting nodal officer mr. manish kr. verma on 07.01.2009 & loged my complain (ID-1695600 dated 07.01.2009), he intemate me after 2 hours you have sent manual setting for GPRS setting, again i m talking nodal officer mobile no. - 09708297955 on 09.01.2009 & he says sorry & say that i am sending mannual setting within hour, after 1-2 minuts one girl namely RANI calling & says i am seding you mannual setting but today is 12.01.2009 i have not received any GPRS setting. today i m talking nodal officer again his mobile no. - 09708297955 on 12.01.2009 (11.00AM) & he say to me that you have already sent to GPRS mannual setting on 09.01.2009 through RANI, but i am not received any GPRS setting on 12.01.2009 (11.30AM). after a long request & mentaly torcher i lodged my complain.
