Delaying in resolving problem

I submited my mobile in service center for repairing on 3rd Sept 10 having does not switch on problem. They inform me that it will get resolved in 2-3weaks, but after 1 month when i went for mobile delivery they infrom me that and again it will take 4-5 days. But after doing follow up on alternate day they again asking me to wait for another couple of days. From last week when i call them they told me mobile is not ready. It will take 2 hours of traveling for me to reach service center from my work place.
