With reference to the subject I have procured a hand set model # Fly DS 185 with IME # 35163204478408 & Battery # BAK 08100301005234 on 05.05.2010 from M/S Parab’s electronics, Thane.
But we had found that the hand set was defective as the Keypad was getting hanged frequently, accordingly it was sent for repairing to L-3, wide W.O # Fin107MIB11075 on 29 th July & received on 2nd Aug. But after few days there occurred a new fault with receiver speaker & keypad hanged. It was again sent to L-3 at Belapur[Navi Mumbai] on 4th Aug wide WO # FIN 108MIB11237 & received on 14 th aug. But since the fault was persisting so again it was sent to your Delhi office on 30th Aug wide WO # Fin107MIB11465 & received on 29th Sept.
Even after this the problem is still persisting, if you go through the dates the hand set’s maximum period is in the workshop & it seems that your specific model is defective itself.
As such it is requested to you to kindly replace the hand set at the earliest or kindly refund me my money back.
In failure to this I may take help of Consumer court.
