CDMA SIM IS NOT WORKING IN IT

I hv bought this mob. 19/9. till now I hv send this set thrice in ur company, but it is not working properly. Now it is also in ur company for 10 days, CDMA sim is not working in it. I hv faced many problem by this mobile. Now I m requesting u that plz change this set or repair it as soon as possible.
