I have purchased fly DS500 mobile handset in october in Big Bazar, Nashik. Now handset is giving display problem. I immediately contacted the service centre of the company in Nashik. They denied to repair it in warranty and demanded about Rs.2, 500/- saying that the display of the handset is broken.
I then contacted the company's office in delhi and requested them to look into the matter. I requested them to repair it in warranty otherwise give me in writing that the display is broken and it does not comes under warranty. But the service centre staff members are very arrogant.
Please guide me in this matter. What should I do?
