Poor perfomance from day 1

By this mail I just want to share awesome experience I had with Fly, On Feb 1st I purchased brand new handset model DS500. Being a great believer of Nokia Product I took a chance to go for a change.

Fortunately just in couple of days I came to know about, one of unique feature of this handset that, it does not get charge & showing message “Bad Contact charger……”

After visiting couple of time to Retailer (Planet M) and Aura Telecom Services, finally representative took hand set saying there is defect found in number of handset out of this model (DS500) on date 16th Feb (Receipt # 3089). I showed my intention to get is replaced instead of repair. However, I got repaired handset after three weeks of wait with commitment that, it will not give any problem in future.

Story did not end here, in month of June; handset got some extraordinary feature too like…..

• Become 100% manual (Touch screen stopped working)

• Auto restart

• Whenever I want to use, it goes on not responding mode

• For making single call I have dial at least twice or some time thrice (Call Drop)

• Memory of handset got out of control for example if received message from Ravi number it used to show with name of HDFC

• Again sometime it welcome with message “Bad Contact charger……” while charging etc……

For, solution I dropped a mail to Pooja keeping Rajeev Tiwari in loop for all this issue. However as expected I have not received any response from any of them yet.

Also, I sent mail Directly to Rajeev Tiwari for solution but being on high Designation (Quality head) he also didn’t think to respond to mail.

Now, I have again handed over handset to Aura Telecom Services on 02nd Jan. Detail is as followed:-

Model Number: - DS500

Old IMEI number: - 357644020133561

New IMEI number: - 357644020234179 (Got changed while repairing on Feb)

Purchasing Date: - 01st Feb.

Receipt number: - 6137

Handset Submission date: - 02nd Jan.

Hope this time you will get Replace instead of repairing it.
