Not meeting up the terms provided in the AMC

Initially i was residing in mumbai and bought the aquaguard (i-nova) from the company salesman. After a year i took the AMC during which they shud have changed the carbon of the product (as told while taking the AMC) which they did not. After the last service of my machine i renewed the contract, immediately after which i shifted to gurgaon. Now the service engineers here are refusing to change the carbon saying that they have no such information and nothing has been written by the service engineer of mumbai, who renewed my contract. My contract will end in a month. For the past 6 months i have been calling the customer care people in gurgaon and they pass the buck to the executives in mumbai. The net result is nobody in the system has a solution and they keep giving me new phone numbers from which i dont get any response... they have kept me on hold for 15 mins everytime and they do not come back to reply. The humiliation goes further... executives in gurgaon disconnect the phone when being called. I am really dissappointed.
