Sir i have purchased fly mobile from m/s ramwani communication, l-5 kailash plaza opp new shah market m.g road agra on 26-11 by invoice no 8695. due to my mishandling the mobile display has been broken on 23 th feb on 25th march i visit to their authorized service centra m/s pride telecom (mobile no 9058737642 & 9058097563). from that day first of all they say that they do not have display at present they will arrange it in 8 days and when i asked them to give me purchased order no so that i can know the current status of my display they refuse to do so after that i talked to their customer care centre (no 0120- 6667770 with chamnesh ji, sushil ji and with ms rita) they want be able to give me satisfactory answer till now they are saying we will dispatched it today it is in courier when i asked for courier detail they refuse to do so after that i talked to their head mr anil mobile no 9311282605 they also do not give me satisfactory answer please help me in getting my mobile repair my purchase order no is FIN POPRT 110300004 .
and i also like to complaint for rude behavior of deepanshu agarwal from pride telecom and mr anil head of fly telecom customer care they both talk in very rude behaviour.
